Neffertice Joy is a women’s empowerment and mental wellness advocate, licensed esthetician, and Master of Social Work candidate. She founded Beauty & Healing Inc., a wellness studio combining esthetic services with emotional support. After experiencing personal trauma and cultural gaps in mental health services, Neffertice created spaces for Black women to prioritize self-care and emotional wellness.

Through her initiative, Let’s Wine About It, she fosters community conversations on mental health. By integrating therapeutic dialogue into beauty services, Neffertice empowers Black women to embrace self-care, destigmatize therapy, and access culturally relevant healing pathways.
