Currently, Michelle serves as the founder and director of the The More Up Campus in Montgomery, Alabama. She is the artist, metal sculptor and creator of Mothers of Gynecology Monument in Montgomery, Alabama.

Michelle is the founder of More Than Tours and The More Up Campus, a social enterprise that offers educational tours to underserved students in marginalized communities and leads thousands of  travelers to Montgomery.  Michelle’s mission is to change maternal health care narratives by exposing systemic racism through art, history and courageous conversations.
