Dr. Wicks is a board-certified OB/GYN with The Permanente Medical Group in the East Bay. A Chicago native, she earned her BS from Northwestern University, MD from Howard University, and completed OB/GYN training at UCSF.

With nearly 19 years of experience, Dr. Wicks has held leadership roles, including Chief of OB/GYN and Assistant Physician-In-Chief. She currently serves as Regional Medical Director of Equity, Inclusion & Diversity, focusing on health equity and perinatal care disparities.

Dr. Wicks also mentors future physicians at the Kaiser Permanente School of Medicine and volunteers with youth-focused nonprofits.
