Amanda Williams, MD, MPH, FACOG

Dr. Williams is the Interim Chief Medical Officer at March of Dimes, leading efforts in research, advocacy, education, and programs to support the well-being of moms and babies.

She also serves as a Clinical Innovation Advisor at the California Maternal Quality Care Collaborative at Stanford University, where she guides hospital-based birth equity projects.

Previously, she was the Medical Director at Mahmee, a tech-enabled maternity services company. She also held leadership roles at Kaiser Permanente, including Assistant Chair of Chiefs of OBGYN for Northern California and Maternity Director in Oakland, while caring for thousands of women as a practicing OBGYN.
